What to have ready
- Your full name and the best phone number to reach you (and email, if you have one)
- Whether you prefer English or Spanish
- The type of matter (for example: car accident or injury, divorce or family, criminal or traffic/DWI, real estate, business, wills and estates)
- Key dates, such as the date of an accident or an upcoming court date
- Names of the other people or companies involved (for example, an insurance company), so we can check for conflicts
- Days and times that work for you to meet, in person or by phone or video
You don’t need to send any documents yet. Please don’t send Social Security numbers, bank details, or passwords by email.
